I hope this doesnt sound like a dumb question, but is there like an actual tiger that you put into different poses and take pictures of and use to create Giant Realistic Flying Tiger on the show, or do you use actual random photos of different tigers from the internet? Just how do you make Giant Realistic Flying Tiger?
That is not a dumb question at all! We have been asked that before, and also asked ourselves why we couldn’t just have our personal tiger pet here at the studio to take pictures of! (Sounds like common sense right???)
We actually purchase ALL of our tigers from a website called shutterstock.com, cut them all out, and put them in archive here. Our board artists in the beginning had to search that website for specific poses that would fit correctly into their board (which hasn’t always been successful, so we try to cut body parts and make it work the best we can). Now we are at a point where we have so many tigers that we hardly need to order any more.
Hope that all made sense!
(Hint: all of our tigers in our show rarely ever look the same)
